The service that hosts our message board has a new policy (or at least one I was not previously aware of) saying that we the managers of our message board are required to log in to it every single day, check its contents, and, if any outside bad actors have gotten in and used it for posting unwanted ads, or any content outside of the host's TOS (terms of service) we (the board managers) must weed those things out. In short, the host's TOS requires that I (yours truly) do "maintenance" every single day in the message board. It is frankly impossible for me to do that every day. Consequently every so often we have found the message board shut down ("inactive") and we've had to get it "restored" or "reactivated," which is to say, "reopened." Also there is a threat that if too much time elapses we lose the board altogether. So, please accept our apologies, but it has just proven to be too "high maintenance" for us. So, the message board is no more, unless and until we can arrive at a workable solution.
